Ordering from The Adrenalogix store is very simple! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose what you’d like to buy.

  2. Add your items to the shopping cart by pressing the 'add to cart' button.

  3. At the upper right side of the screen you’ll see the product that has been added to your shopping cart.

  4. You can then open the cart by clicking 'view cart' and complete the order by following the steps presented.

*Active promo codes may be entered in the, 'Promotional Code', box when you first access your cart (see below image)*

Please note: after you have placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. Check the order and address details carefully. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or via the chat button located on the website. 



Return Policy

We accept returns of supplements purchased directly from our site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The supplements must be received by our store within 30 days of your purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period. 

  • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site. 

  • The bottles must be in unopened in good condition with all original tags and labels  in the original packaging 

If you need to make a return, please call us or email us during normal business hours (9am-5.00pm EST) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on our site. Once we determine that your supplement is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for completion of this process.






Delivery Information

Please note that orders placed on a working day (M-F) BEFORE 11am EST will ship on the same day; otherwise they will ship the next working day. Orders placed AFTER 11am EST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday -not counting holidays and closings.
